At Accrington Academy, we put our students at the centre of all we do. With a mission to bring out ‘the best in everyone’, we seek to give our students a challenging, engaging and interesting education along with a superb range of extracurricular activities.
We care deeply about our young people and are pleased to have created a warm, supportive and inclusive environment in which each individual student can thrive. We strongly believe that children’s learning is not a rehearsal. As such, our staff have the same high aspirations and expectations for their students as they would for their own children and always go the extra mile to help them succeed.
Our students enjoy coming to school and take full advantage of every opportunity open to them. I am incredibly proud of what our students achieve during their time with us; likewise, they are very proud of their school and are wonderful ambassadors for Accrington Academy.
