Schools initiative

As part of the Snooker into Schools initiative and Accrington Snooker Academy, Ian McCulloch was interviewed by the Sports College Captains about the personal qualities required to become an elite athlete.

The Sports Captains held an assembly to launch the Year 8 Themed Curriculum Day about personal qualities. All pupils had to identify the qualities Ian spoke about in his interview throughout the day in their lessons and then reflected on how to build on these for future success.
