ICT AIMS

• To provide a comprehensive and robust infrastructure to support ICT across the school
• To ensure ICT is at the heart of cutting edge teaching and learning
• To use ICT to engage, motivate and raise the aspirations of all stakeholders
• To use ICT to support the production of autonomous independent learners

We expect all our students to

• Build on the progress made in primary schools and existing skills
• Use ICT with purpose and enjoyment to enhance learning
• Be responsible users of a wide range of ICT and multi-media facilities
• Achieve High Standards in taught courses at KS3, KS4 and Post 16
• To be able to transfer skills into new areas
• To use ICT to cerate original and innovative solutions within their learning
