Applying to the Sixth Form

We are keen to encourage as many students as possible to continue their education beyond the age of 16.

Our admissions limit for year 12, subject to student course combination choices, will be 125 in 2009. Students on roll are entitled to transfer to the Sixth Form providing they meet the published standards for entry. We welcome both internal and external applications.


Entry Requirements 

The minimum entry guideline for internal and external applicants will be: Advanced Courses (All level 3 programmes) – four GCSE’s at grade A* - C Intermediate Courses (All level 2 programmes) – an average of grade D at GCSE Foundation Courses (All level 1 programmes) - an average of grade G at GCSE
